I received an email from UPS stating that my package was delivered and left in front of my door. However, when I got home, it wasn't there.

I called UPS, but they couldn't help me because the package had been marked as delivered. They told me to call the company from where I ordered the merchandise.

On January 1st I placed an order for perfumes, but they charged me 3 times for the same order. I need help

Make sure if the item isn't in stock make sure that it is posted. That way you're order is not on hold waiting for other items to get to the warehouse. Thanks your customers will definitely greatly appreciate it trust me

Highly aggravated that I cant talk to someone about my order but yall dont mind yanking my money out of my account in a split second and then tell me yall are too busy to talk to me??? This will be the last opportunity yall have to yank my money out!!!

there is absolutely no response to a problem. my order arrived incomplete.

There is no chat available, there is no customer service or after 20 min or so waiting, get disconnected.

I re-order the one item I need for Christmas and did not arrived.

I called, nobody answers, emailed, fax, the "option to chat" is not existing.

BE AWARE; I ordered before and felt comfortable ordering a larger order for Christmas. One item missing in the box, and nothing I can do about it.

The service could be better I cant get in touch with anyone they are shipping by a company name T force instead of ups or FedEx Im so upset that my money was taken and I have no package This never happened to be before my packages was always delivered on time and I had tracking information

I've been trying to resolve a problem for the last 7 days. I never received the order, and I can't place an order for the merchandise. Also, the customer service is grossly non-responsive.
