I can't get in touch with anyone on your 800 number!!! I have called for several days and on hold the entire time. You must not be a legitimate site!! I ordered perfume on 12/15/23. I was charged $56.61 through cash app, but the website did not provide an order number or confirmation email. The two items that I was charged for was Fifth Ave. Item # 122251 and Happy, Item # 124202. How do I get my money back since I did not get my products?

User's recommendation: Never order from Fragrancenet.com! No one answers the phone if you have problems with the website! I was charged for the perfume, but never got a confirmation that the order went through. Beware! There is no customer service with this website!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted my credit card company.

I placed an order with a different credit card than I usually use, I saw my old address go by but was unable to correct it on their website, so I tried calling. I waited on hold for 50 minutes and finally gave up. I saw a chat option on their website, but it apparently wasn't working. I emailed them. They only got back to me after the item had shipped and said there's nothing they can do because, of course, the item was delivered...to the wrong address.

Purple rewards

I have been buying my cologne from them since 2013 because there prices are way cheaper then department stores. I have never had an issue with them but I have never had to try and get a hold of customer service up untill now.

So I have spent hundreds of dollars with each year and I have never used any of my purple rewards I have been saving them up. So last night I placed a big order with them $200 thinking I would use my purple rewards to pay for most of the order. Well when I went to do that it showed that I only had $5 dollars worth of rewards. I went ahead and place the order and figured I'd call them today.

Well when you call the number on their website you get three options I called three times and selected each options and in all three cases I got a message saying system air.

So there is know way to get to talk to. any one.

There is a specific email address on the purple rewards info on their site. It seems as long as you have made a purchase in the past twelve months the points do not expire.

I ordered a small bottle of British Sterling to be used as a stocking stuffer. When it arrived I found that the package had been ripped open and the bottle was not full, obviously having been used. I ordered my perfume on November 3 and was told on the website it would be here on the 6th. I didn't get it until the 10th. I paid for shipping and I have never received my perfume late. This new delivery company isn't up to par at all. Plus,I didn't get any paperwork or samples. Y'all are slacking.

Your website asks for customers to verify selves with numbers of previous credit card; it is no longer in use, but there s no option to input a new card offered on said website. Thus, I could not complete order ...hmmm!?

#29924**** is my order number and the status keeps saying shipped but when I called Landmark Global they said that they didn't get the package yet, you guys said it would be delivered in 3-6 days and it's been 5 days and it didn't even ship I want to know where my order is because I paid $10 for shipping and this is not the experience I wanted.
