Where’s my order.

Hi I just noticed that my order has been delivered but I haven’t receive it yet I just came from work and I ask my families and my neighbor they said they haven’t get nothing from my mailbox, please see if you can help me solve my problem because this is my first time dealing with this store and I was so excited to get my order why nothing yet ? This is my order number 20402****

Why is my order pending.

My order says pending though it has a fedex tracking #. I called Fedex.

They say a label was printed but nothing was shipped.

What is the hold up?!? This was a gift I understood would be delivered by now
