Resolved: Can't get help
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. after i re-order the missing item, I received full credit for the one item missing and that was all i wanted at that point.
All communications were by email. Chat and phone calls still seem unavailable, but my problem was solved.
Received the dumbest reply... contact us again by phone or char and both are disabled!!
I still haven't been able to contact anybody. I just want what I paid for, 1 item missing or reimbursed.It is terrible what we are becoming...No customer service what so ever

Bad consumer Care relations
They said they don't refund gift cards after some days waiting their response. Just it.
Ah, and they told me to buy again.
It would be the 5th time trying! Unbelievable.
Then I tried to buy some items and the difference I paid using Amazon pay. It was declined.
Then I tried another credit card. The second order was cancelled again.
I tried the third time using other bank and it was rejected again. I called my bank and they said I was good and the payment declined was an issue from fragrancenet net.
I tried the fourth time using only my balance in giftcards. After one day waiting, I received an email telling me I am on hold and to call back.
I called backed five times!!!, waited more than one hour on the phone and no one answered me.
All times I bought the one day fast delivery and FragranceNet takes too long (one entire day) to rejected or put me on hold with no reason at all. Now, I have to move back overseas tomorrow morning (October 11th) and 250 USD wasted on giftcards and no perfume.
My USA phone number is on my account, also the email, name and address I am in Miami.

Ayer, 27 de noviembre de 2023, recibí mi orden de 5 perfumes, pero uno de ellos llegó con la caja mojada de perfume, pero no está roto. Lo que sucede es que tiene la tapita del spray defectuosa y se sale el perfume.
