Preferred solution: I need the item to be delivered on time as promised. It’s meant to be delivered tomorrow 11/08/2024. I’m leaving Evanston before it can be delivered.

User's recommendation: I don’t recommend buying directly from fragrancet because they don’t deliver items on time. I’m just going to return their product & ask for a full refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. after i re-order the missing item, I received full credit for the one item missing and that was all i wanted at that point.

All communications were by email. Chat and phone calls still seem unavailable, but my problem was solved.

I still haven't been able to contact anybody. I just want what I paid for, 1 item missing or reimbursed.It is terrible what we are becoming...No customer service what so ever

there is absolutely no response to a problem. my order arrived incomplete.

There is no chat available, there is no customer service or after 20 min or so waiting, get disconnected.

I re-order the one item I need for Christmas and did not arrived.

I called, nobody answers, emailed, fax, the "option to chat" is not existing.

BE AWARE; I ordered before and felt comfortable ordering a larger order for Christmas. One item missing in the box, and nothing I can do about it.
