Problems with shopping.... Why offer the option to ship to an address that is different from credit card billing address
My order was placed on hold due to a policy that does not allow your company to ship items to an address other than the booking address. What I don't understand is why we are given this option to do so.

Damage to perfume
Hello. I purchased the 2.4 oz Baccarat Rouge 540 (order # 34153****).
When I opened the perfume box, it was torn on the inside and the bottle had clearly been sprayed before.
The smell of perfume was strong straight out of the box.
Id like to return this bottle. This is my first purchase from fragrancenet and I didnt expect to receive a product like this for such as expensive perfume.
Please advise how I can return it.

I bought cologne and paid for 2 business days shipping, but you didn't deliver as promised. My cologne is expected on 11/11/2024 instead of 11/08/2024.
Preferred solution: I need the item to be delivered on time as promised. It’s meant to be delivered tomorrow 11/08/2024. I’m leaving Evanston before it can be delivered.
User's recommendation: I don’t recommend buying directly from fragrancet because they don’t deliver items on time. I’m just going to return their product & ask for a full refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
Trying to find order dont have 10 digit order # after giving email and pass word wont let me in to site. Very confusing.
