This company is full of *** I received an empty and improperly packaged box with notes from the postal service stating so, as well. You could tell that it was packaged poorly on purpose, and now I can't get any response back from them regarding my missing merchandise.

Website glitch
I ordered perfume and the website did not provide me with an order number or confirmation. The items are still stuck in the shopping bag, but I was charged for the perfume and did not receive it.
I have tried to call the company for several days. No one answers the phone.
There is NO customer service at this company. They are scammers!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I received my delivery in a timely manner - but my perfume bottle was broken. I sent an email - no response.
The chat button doesn't work on the site and I am currently on hold for 57 minutes. HELLLOOOOO???

Order perfume Doirissime perfume
on your web page you advertise Doirissimo perfume I called the 800 # to order and was told they do not carry Doirissimo perfume. Why do you advertise some thing you don't carry???

They sent me Abercrombie And Fitch Fierce cologne and it smells nothing like the real one that I used to buy. I cant even describe the smell but its kind of like an off brand axe.

I placed an order on Dec 5th, 2023 and of course the funds were taken from my bank account but the order "was not received". I received no confirmation and the items are still in the shopping cart.
My bank account reflects the funds were withdrawn. I emailed fragrancenet and they claim there are no orders received. They keep asking for a confirmation/order number but obviously there is not one!
I have ordered from them quite a few times but know I'm thinking this is nothing but fraud!! I also emailed them the transaction from my bank statement.
